What is your return policy?

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange as long as:

  1. a return request is submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise
  2. the item has never been used or installed
  3. all shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and included accessories, parts and supplies are returned
  4. return shipping charge is paid for by the customer

Any returned merchandise that do not satisfy the above conditions for a full refund are subject to a Return Fee charge. A Return Fee will be charged on all merchandise that have an opened package, are used or missing shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and/or supplies.

The Return Fee will range from 15% to 50% (for missing items) of the original price and will be charged by reducing the refund amount by the Return Fee. The amount of the Return Fee will be determined at our sole discretion.

No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.

Any shipping charges are not refundable. Packages returned which are marked as "Return to Sender" or refused by the recipient are subject to a 15% Return Fee.

Refunds are issued usually within 14 days.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive either an incorrect item, please contact us right away with details. We will email or mail you a free return label to return the product and send your replacement out at no additional cost.
